John Bryan brings a wealth of experience to his role at OC Psychology Center. He has provided mental health counseling services for over 22 years with children, teens, adults and families. He has provided support to children and adolescents in outpatient, community mental health and school settings. He specializes in helping adolescents and parents struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression and behavioral concerns. He has expertise in the application of cognitive-behavioral and positive psychology approaches to treatment. He is also skilled in depth psychology and mind-body approaches to treating chronic pain. In addition to his clinical work, he has a background in education teaching students at the high school and college level.
